  First off I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
  I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
  I have had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there.
  
  I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted just trying to figure

  Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I
  found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
  There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back!
